Ingredients:
1/2 Beef or Pork
1/4 Siling Pampaksiw (tanggalin ang buto)3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1 can Coconut Milk
Bagoong Alamang
1/2 tbsp Pepper
Vetsin
Procedure:
Saute the garlic and onion.
Add the beef and bagoong alamang.
Add the coconut milk.
Season with vetsin.
Cook until beef is tender.
Add the siling pampaksiw.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
