Ingredients:
1 1/2k Chicken Thigh Fillet
250g Chicken Liver
250g Gizzard
1 head Garlic, minced
2 Onions, chopped
½ cup Soy Sauce
Vinegar
Oil
Ajinomoto Ginisa Flavor Mix
Chili
Procedure:
Grill the chicken, gizzard and liver for 10 minutes and mince. Set aside.
In a large pan, sauté garlic and onions for 1 minute.
Add chicken, gizzard and liver.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour vinegar and soy sauce over.
Add chili and Ajinomoto ginisa flavor mix.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Plate 200g of mixture and serve on sizzling plate
