Ingredients:
Egg noodles
Monggo Sprouts (Togue)
Oil
Soy Sauce
Teriyaki Sauce or Barbeque Sauce
Chili Sauce (optional)
Toppings:
Steamed shrimp/pork siomai/crabsticks/fishballs/squidballs
Procedure:
Blanch noodles and bean sprouts in hot water for 5 minutes
Drain
Fry noodles and monggo sprouts. For every cup, 1 tbsp of oil
Season with 1 tsp soy sauce
Upon serving, add sauce and toppings.
